Zirconium Crowns
Layered zirconia teeth, covered with ceramic, for a look very similar to natural teeth. The €250 per tooth price includes decortication, root canal treatment if needed, chewing control, bite guard if needed, sectional production, and, in the event of a future breakage, reduced repair costs because only the affected section is treated.

Unlike full zirconia restorations, where the tooth is produced as a single block of zirconia, resulting in a more uniform and often less natural appearance, we create teeth with layered zirconia: a robust internal zirconia framework covered with a final ceramic layer designed to mimic the enamel and translucency of natural teeth. This layered technique allows for a more elegant shine, softer color gradients, and a superior natural look, especially in the front areas, where aesthetics and integration with the rest of the smile are crucial.
The €250 cost for each zirconia tooth covers the entire process: from digital design and production of the high-quality zirconia tooth to tooth preparation (decortication/filing when retaining your own teeth) or full-arch bar preparation when working on multiple implants. The price also includes any necessary root canal treatments, in-mouth fittings, adjustments to contact between teeth, and chewing adjustments to ensure even pressure distribution across all areas and avoid overloading any one area.
This cost also includes a study of the probability of fracture based on the distribution of masticatory forces and the areas most at risk, so our dental technician can design the restoration not as a single full zirconia block, but in sections or groups of 2–3 teeth, when clinically indicated. This way, if a tooth were to break in the future, it would not be necessary to redo and pay for the entire arch: only the affected segment could be treated, significantly reducing potential future costs for the patient.
